In 2015 the country was hit by two major earthquakes which killed over 8,000 people and left whole areas devastated. Many people are still having to sleep outside as their houses were damaged or destroyed. And the monsoon as started. We hold fund-raising events such as sponsored walks, quiz nights, bring and buy sales and others. Thursday, August 13, 2015. I was surprised by how easy the recipe is. I love the fact that I usually have all the ingredients on hand, making it the perfect, last-minute dessert. It would also be a delicious addition to a breakfast or brunch. Last night, some friends stopped by, and I was happy to offer them a piece of this yummy cake.
